FIELD: dispersion, granulation, proportioning and capsulation. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in delivery of liquid to be dispersed to reservoir followed by escape of this liquid to dispersion medium through boundary "dispersion medium - air" interphase from capillary tube immovably located at distance of 0.36 - 2.75 mm from surface of dispersion medium at viscosity of liquid being dispersed ranging from 1.002 to 62 mPa.s and diameter of capillary tube ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 mm.
