FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of dispersing fluid media, in particular viscous-flow slip materials, and can be used in powder metallurgy, chemical, food and other industries in the processes of pellet production. Device for the production of spherical particles from liquid viscous-flow materials includes a dispenser chamber provided with a nozzle for supplying a working fluid and holes for its discharge, and an element of reciprocation, associated with a drive of vibration, is located in the chamber. As an element of reciprocation in the chamber, a plunger is placed coaxially with a gap. Holes for the discharge of the working fluid are made in a side wall of the chamber, at the level of which the disperser chamber is provided with an enclosing it container with a dispersion liquid in which nozzles are provided coaxially with the holes. Dispenser chamber and the container with the dispersion liquid are interconnected by capillary tubes, for which one end of each tube is installed in the opening of the dispenser chamber, and the other end with a gap in the corresponding nozzle of the container with the dispersion liquid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain uniform granules with a high degree of sphericity from liquid viscous-flow slip materials prone to sedimentation.
