FIELD: biotechnology and food industry, more particularly preparation of nucleic acids and amino acids. SUBSTANCE: yeast autolysate is passed through sorbent. Amino acids are isolated directly from filtrate, and nucleic acids are eluted with 1M sodium chloride solution. Method makes it possible to increase yield of the product to 70-80%. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
