FIELD: metallurgy of metals. SUBSTANCE: process of digestion of junk of electronic articles deals predominantly with microelectronic circuits containing gold, silver and metals of platinum group. Process provides for comminution of electron junk, magnetic separation, melting of nonmagnetic fraction in mixture with slime of production of noble metals with concentration of the latter in formed heavy alloy. Magnetic fraction of electron junk is melted with addition of silicon, silicon-carrying alloy produced by melting is used later as collector of metals of platinum group.
