FIELD: production of mixed yarn of natural fibers used in manufacture of consumers' goods, for example, bed-sheets, table- cloths, napkins, as well as textiles and knitted wear of yarn with natural fibers. SUBSTANCE: the mixed yarn contains 20 to 29.5 percent by mass of cottonized flax fiber with fibers, 20 to 60 mm long, and linear density of 0.8 to 1.6 tex and the rest-cotton fiber of linear density within 150 to 170 mtex and length within from the mixture of cottonized flax fiber and cotton fiber is manufactured on the cotton spinning equipment, which before spinning is smoothed down, and yarn. A setting of the mixture of cottonized flax fiber and cotton fiber is formed, then it is subjected to mixing, loosening, beating and carding with formation of a band from it, from which yarn of a linear density of 400 to 100 tex is produced at a rotational speed of the rotors within 26,000 to 28,000 rpm.
