SUBSTANCE: the storehouse has a reservoir confined by the bottom and cover and positioned around the edges of its toroidal capacity. The reservoir is formed by the wall of the capacity of the internal side of the tore, the storehouse wall, cover and bottom are made with prestressed internal and external metal casings, and the internal casings of the bottom and cover conjugate to the external metal casings, and the internal casings of the bottom and cover conjugate to the external side of the tore, duct formers are laid in the cover and wall and in the bottom and wall in the diametrical directions, prestressed reinforcement is passed through them and anchored on the casing of the toroidal capacity from the outside of the storehouse, and a built-up concrete pipe support post with a prestressed reinforcement passed through the post, cover, bottom and the foundation plate, and anchored on the cover and foundation plate is mounted in the center of the storehouse.
