SUBSTANCE: device contains bellows made of corrugation and branch pipes arranged from both sides of corrugations. Sealing members are arranged from both sides from the corrugated surface of the bellows. One of the sealing members connects to the fixed housing, and the second connects to the rotating working members. At least one of corrugations of the bellows is wide. Convex surfaces and concave surfaces of the corrugations in their longitudinal sections are in shape of semicircles. Ratio between radius R of the convex surface of the wide corrugation and the radius r of the convex surface of the narrow corrugation is defined from the range of 1.5 to 2.5. Ratio between height H between convex surface of the wide corrugation and concave surface of the narrow corrugation and the height h between convex surface of convex surface and concave surface of the narrow corrugation is defined from range of 0.5 to 1.5. Ratio between radius R₁ of the concave surface between wide and narrow corrugations and radius r₁ of the concave surface between narrow corrugations is defined for the range of 1.0 to 2.2.
