SUBSTANCE: device comprises pipe and bellows. The walls of the bellows corrugations are made of rings arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and mating one with the other by means of convex and concave surfaces, respectively. The outer diameter d and inner diameter d₁ of the pipe from the side of the drive are smaller that the outer diameter D and inner diameter D₁ of the pipe from the side of the actuator. The bellows is made of three wide corrugations. One of the corrugations is located at the middle of the bellows, and two other ones, from the side of the edges. The sizes obey the relationships 1.4 < D/d < 2.4 and 1.8 < D₁/d₁ < 4.5. The ratio of the outer diameter D_b of the bellows to the outer diameter d is in the interval 1.7 < Db/d < 3.5. The ratio of the length L_b of the corrugated section of the bellow to the net length L of the large-diameter pipe section ranges 0.45 < Lb/l < 0.73. The ration of the length L_b of the corrugated section of the bellows to the length l of the small-diameter pipe section is 0.6< Lb/l <1.6.
