FIELD: spectral analysis of diamonds. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with proposed process analyzed particles are irradiated by laser radiation formed by focusing of many laser beams. Two beams as minimum have frequencies differing one from another in accordance with characteristic of diamond. At least some components of laser beams should be phase-matched coherently. Device for realization of process includes aid that determines whether scattering signal emitted by each particle is characteristic signal of coherent anti-Stokes-Raman spectroscopy for diamond. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 19 cl, 3 dwg
