FIELD: processing conglomerates.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is used for processing conglomerate particles connected by binder; device includes conveyer with unit of spraying suspended collector having crushing and washing-out nozzles for binder from broken conglomerate; unit of suspended spraying collector has lever unit mounted for turning around central hollow drive shaft; mounted on ends of lever are spraying collectors for rotation around side hollow shafts. Each spraying collector may have form of disk; crushing and washing-out nozzles are located over its periphery and may be mounted at alteration or combined in groups. Crushing and washing-out nozzles may be inclined inside. Conveyer may be provided with holes.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
