FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes tablets with envelope and without envelope used as inhibitors of cholesterol for oral intake. Tablets have anion-exchange resin of the formula (I): 
where X means physiologically acceptable anti-ion; p means mean degree of polymerization but above 10 000 Da; silicon dioxide and crystalline cellulose but they have no water. The made tablets without envelope are covered by cellulose substances preferably. Invention provides making tablets that can be intaken easily since they have no bitter principle. Dose of tablets to be intaken can be decreased since tablets can have a large dose of active component. Mixture containing components can be tableted easily in the presence of water.
