FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out diagnostic examination for determining irradiation parameters during endoscopic examination. Trial laser radiation is applied to the anterior abdominal wall surface for determining optimum exposure zone in which center radiation power value shows maximum value on the ulcer pathology surface. Radiator is set in this zone. Radiation power is measured in 5-10 points on the ulcer pathology surface. Individual exposure time is calculated from formula Tind= Q/Pind, where is the mean individual power on the ulcer pathology surface, in W; Pi is the power on the ulcer pathology surface, in W; N is the number of points for which power on the ulcer pathology surface is determined; Q is the required radiation dose, in J.
