FIELD: gastroenterology; may be used in treatment of erosive ulcer defects of upper part of gastroenteric tract. SUBSTANCE: method includes laser endoscopic treatment of ulcer zone. Duration of treatment depends on area value of pathologic surface. This area is determined with the help of graduated proximal end of light guide introduced into biopsy channel of endoscope up to coincidence of light spot with erosive ulcer defects of mucous membrane. Treatment is discontinued at congruence of reflection coefficients of epitalized ulcer with intact mucous membrane. EFFECT: provision of individual metrologically substantiated and spare manner of patients treatment.
