SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of sulfate-stable barium-containing Portland cement and can be used in special concrete producing and as sulfate-stable tamponage cement. Sulfate-stable barium-containing Portland cement has components in the following ratio, wt. -%: tricalcium silicate, 30-40; dicalcium silicate, 30-40; tricalcium aluminate, 6-8.5; tetracalcium alumoferrite, 10-14; dibarium silicate, 5-10; barium oxide, 3-10; barium sulfate, 0.1-3.
