FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: material for filling root canals of teeth is based upon cement. Composition of the latter consists of two-calcium and three-calcium silicate, three-calcium aluminate, F and P and surface-active substances (SAS), roentgenocontrast filler, inhibitor. Components are mixed upon liquid consisting of water, SAS and plasticizer. Components should be taken at certain quantitative ratio. Powder : liquid ratio corresponds to 2.0-3.0:1. Filling material is of high penetrability value, high adhesion to dentine, low washing out capacity, prolonged bactericidal capacity and provides remineralization of solid dental tissues.
