FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting table made in the form of latticed surface composed of longitudinal and transverse plates, movable carriage with nozzle unit and process liquid receiver. Longitudinal and transverse plates are positioned for moving in lengthwise and crosswise directions for laying material so as to form pockets of desired size depending on the extent of material flexure. Apparatus of such construction provides for reduced moistening of lower layer of material under cutting process and precise cutting of elastic material by eliminating slackening of material under treatment in cutting zone.
