SUBSTANCE: device uses a casing with two bearing supports, drive disk with a friction coating rigidly fastened on the shaft installed in the casing bearing supports, dressing tool connected to the drive disk, and a fixed nut installed coaxially with the casing bearing supports; the shaft has a threaded end engageable with the nut; the dressing tool represents a thin supersonic jet of liquid running out from a stainless nozzle rigidly coupled to the feed duct located in a bush, whose axis is eccentric to the axis of rotation of the drive disk, which also accommodates eccentrically located antifriction bearings coupling the bush and drive disk for their relative rotary and reciprocating radial motion.
