SUBSTANCE: cutting-off apparatus has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, seat facing outlet branch pipe, cutting-off member with drive stem, which are arranged at an angle to material flow. Seat is arranged in plate equipped with channel for heat-carrier. Drive stem is arranged at side adjacent to inlet branch pipe and is connected to cutting-off member through pivot shackle.
