FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making cut in parallel to lateral eyelid ligament and further through it into the subcutaneous space in the eyelid ectropion. Extendable balloons connectable to each other are introduced in the zygomatic area. Liquid is injected through balloon placed in the zygomatic area at a dose allowing one to stretch skin to an extent to enable the first ischemia manifestations to appear in the area of the eyelid. The procedure is repeated until the required eyelid skin area increase is achieved. Then the expander is removed through the initial cut. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 dwg
