FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out linear skin incision above the eye angle and closer to median position with respect to epicanthic fold. Conjunctive tissue band building the epicanthus is dissected in subcutaneous way. The incision is sutured with skin attached to medial ligament, periosteum, tarsal and orbital fascia and upper eyelid levator aponeurosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing epicanthus. 2 dwg
