FIELD: medicine, hygiene. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with an absorbing structure, such as pampers, a protective product applied in case of incontinence, a hygienic interlayer. An absorbing structure includes a liquid-absorbing and liquid-distributing central part made of a highly volumetric porous material. Central part is connected with a liquid-retaining part, which surround the central one, along its longitudinal edges. A liquid-retaining part has got average-sized pores, being less against those in the central part. The density of a liquid-retaining part is increased outwards towards longitudinal lateral edges of an absorbing structure. The latter is able to absorb large liquid volumes and distribute them towards unused parts under conditions of repeated wetting. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 7 dwg
