FIELD: medicine, in particular, anesthesiology and reanimatology; applicable in treatment of patients with traumatic shock at early hospital stage. SUBSTANCE: method includes anesthesia, infusion therapy, compensation of blood losses, artificial pulmonary ventilation, medicamentous correction of metabolism disturbances. Intravenous bolus injection of dalargin in a dose of 1 mg is made for stabilization of hemodynamics depending on functional state of blood vascular system with presence of hyperdynamic type of central hemodynamics (cardiac index > 4.2 l (min.sq.m)-1 and peripheral resistance is less than 1200 din.s.-5). In case of presence of hypodynamic type of central hemodynamics (cardiac index is less than 2.2 l (min.sq.m)-1 and peripheral resistance is above 2500 din.s.cm-5) actovegin in a dose of 2000 mg in 0.9-% solution of sodium chloride of 5-% glucose is injected intravenously at the rate of 20-40 ml/min.
