SUBSTANCE: efficiency of anesthesiological protection in patients with Leriche's syndrome during the operations associated with reconstruction of distal compartment of aorta is achieved by combining different anesthetics including application of synthetic peptide leu-enkephalin dalargin. The latter is introduced every 60 min during the operation on the basis of 37.7-6.6 mcg/kg h. At the time aorta is isolated, additional 0.5 calculated dose of dalargin is introduced at ones.. EFFECT: prevented suppression of aerobic and activation of anaerobic oxidation processes in conditions of combination of ataralgesia with epidural anesthesia. 2 tbl
