FIELD: railway transport; brake systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is designed for control of change of compressed air pressure in brake cylinders. Air distributor three-pressure unit has housing 1, spring-loaded movable partition 2 with rod 3, balancing movable partition 4 with through atmospheric hole 5, and feed valve 17. partition 2 separates spaces 6 and 9. partition 4 separates balancing space 12 and atmospheric space 13. Space 6 communicates with working chamber 8, space 9 communicates with spool valve chamber 11. Channel 14 connects balancing space 12 with brake cylinder 15. atmospheric space 13 accommodates mode springs 16. Feed valve 17 interacts with rod 13 and balancing movable partition 4. Cups for sealing spaces 9 and 12 are fitted on rod 3. Channel 18 made in housing 1 is connected with two- pressure unit 20 of air distributor. Spool valve chamber 11 of unit 20 is connected with brake main line 19. Three- pressure unit is connected by channels 21 and 23 with standby reservoir 22 and brake main line 19, respectively. Three- pressure unit is furnished with additional movable partition 24 with rod 25 and spring-loaded valve 26 with seat 27. Valve 26 is installed in valve space 28 and it interacts with rod 25. Valve space 28 is connected with brake main line additional reduction channel 18. Spring 29 is installed between housing 1 and valve 26. Space 30 over partition 24 is placed in communication with balancing space 12 by throttling channel 31. Spring 33 acts onto partition 24 with force designed to provided preset value of additional reduction in brake main line. Valve 26 separates space 28 from space 34. Channel 35 connects space 34 either with channel 14 or with atmosphere. EFFECT: provision of stable value of additional reduction in brake main line at step-by-step braking and provision of stability of braking processes. 1 dwg
