FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cable tensioner has body 1 with dial 2 and axle 3 on which swivel bell cranks 5 are mounted in ball bearings. Outer arms of bell cranks 5 are provided with limiters 6 and half-axles 7 are riveted with rollers 9 mounted in ball bearings and secured by means of screws 10. Bell crank 5 has indicator 11 with mark. Bearing rollers are secured on inner arms of bell cranks 5 in ball bearings; bearing rollers are engageable with opposite ends of cross-piece whose supports are pressed to end surface of slide block by means of spring supported by ends of movable stop with the aid of washer; movable stop is located on smooth cylindrical tail-piece of screw driven into lower end portion of hollow rod 22 which is secured by its flange on end cylindrical portion of body 1. Ends of movable stop pass via through elongated slots found in lower portion of rod. Guide immovable secured on body 1 by means of screw passes through slot of cross-piece. Cable 26 are laid in grooves of roller 9. Upper and side ports of body 1 are closed with detachable covers 27 and 28.
