METHOD TO PREDICT PREDISPOSITION TO PLACENTAL DEFICIENCY (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, obstetrics, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: in nonpregnant women it is detected a dynamics of blood anticoagulation system depression according to blood samples taken at 1st and 21st d of menstrual cycle by using variant 1 which is characterized by individual value for each patient (IVDACD) being ≤ 0.4 and diagnosed as predisposition to placental deficiency; the value being ≥ 0.6 states the absence of such predisposition. According to variant 2 a dynamics of blood antioxidant potential is similarly detected which is characterized by individual value (IVDDAP), at its value being ≤ 0.2 predisposition to placental deficiency is diagnosed and at ≥ 0.5 value the absence of such predisposition is stated. The method enables to evaluate cyclic changes in adaptive mechanisms in pregnancy- planning women. EFFECT: higher efficiency to predict predisposition to placental deficiency to start treatment process early before the onset of pregnancy. 2 cl, 4 ex
