FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining anticoagulation factor concentration in patient blood plasma like antithrombin III and α2-macroglobulin in particular, to diagnose cryogenic injury severity degree. Antioxidation factors contents, biologically active amine system and immune system state are additionally determined. The cryogenic injury severity degree is diagnosed by interpreting the synotoxic adaptation program activity coefficient (SAPAC) calculated from formula: , where A is the relative antithrombin III activity, %; Agao is the relative plasma antioxidation activity, %; Cach is the relative acetylcholine blood concentration, nmole/l; CIgM is the relative immunoglobulin M blood concentration; Cα2-mg is the relative α2-macroglobulin concentration, mcmole/l; Cmda is the relative malonic dialdehyde concentration, mcmole/l; Ccch is the relative catecholamines concentration, mcg/l; CIgA is the relative immunoglobulins A concentration, mcmole/l which values are interpreted in terms of injury severity degree. General antioxidation plasma and malonic dialdehyde activity values are taken as the antioxidation factors. Acetylcholine and catecolamines concentrations are taken as biologically active amine system properties. Immunoglobulins A and M concentrations are taken as immune system characteristics.
