FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves DNA recovery from peripheral venous blood and analysis of locus genotypes - 1166 A/C type 1 angiotensin II receptor. A lower risk of developing disturbed uterine-foetal-placental perfusion is predicted by detecting the genotypes - 1166 AA and -1166 AC ATIIR1; a high risk of developing disturbed uterine-foetal-placental perfusion is predicted by detecting the genotype -1166 CC ATIIR1.
EFFECT: using the method provides the early short-term prediction of disturbed uterine-placental and foetal-placental perfusion in pregnant women that enables the well-timed individual prevention, lower perinatal disease and death rates.
