FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elongated casing with cover and detachable capsule mounted in its cavity for supplying adhesive material. Central conic opening is made in the cover. The detachable capsule has conic outlet tube having cap for preventing adhesive material from solidification and flowing out. Spool with thread wound is mounted on in the detachable capsule. The thread is pullable out through the tube. Opening diameter of the outlet tube corresponds to the thread diameter. Spool symmetry axis is coaxial with casing symmetry axis or directed in perpendicular to it. The spool is optionally hollow and thread is placed inside the cavity, the free end brought out through the conic tube from the cavity.
