FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has socket with irregular shape groove on the lateral surface to be set on the anchor tooth and matched part set on the prosthesis having supporting and fastening member. The irregular shape groove has narrow part and a part that is broader when compared to the narrow part. The broad part is adjacent to the open part of the socket. The supporting member has plate corresponding in shape to the open part of the socket. The fixing member has two elastic wires set in parallel to the supporting member plane and to each other. The distance separating the wires is equal to one between the groove walls in its broad part. Their position on the prosthesis corresponds to the broad part position of the irregular shape groove. The distance between the supporting and fixing member does not exceed the distance from the open end of the socket to its broad part. Method involves making in advance adhesive splinting of the anchor teeth. The device is set on the prosthesis and the anchor teeth. The prosthesis is set on the prosthesis bed and fixed.
