FIELD: medicine, therapy of infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: patients are prescribed to apply iodantipyrine at the early terms of the disease in question, not later than the fifth day, perorally - during the first 4 d per 0.2 g (2 tablets) 3 times daily, during the next 5 d per 0.1 g (1 tablet) 3 times daily. A total course corresponds to 9 d. The suggested treatment is conducted at the background of the common therapy which includes application of isotonic solutions of glucose and sodium chloride, ascorbic acid, antihistaminic preparations, desaggregants, diuretics.
