FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Method involves the conventional therapy and additional administration of viferone. In early stage of disease, i. e. in virusemia stage, viferone is administrated every day in the dose 1 000 000 IU, 2 times per 24 h with interval for 12 h. Then viferone is administrated one time for 3 days in the same daily dose for all period of polyuria. Method results to normalization of main system taking part in pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. EFFECT: improved treatment method. 5 tbl, 2 ex
