FIELD: medicine, measuring aids used in medicine, such as inhalators. SUBSTANCE: device includes body, measuring chamber with inlet passage having outlet. Inlet passage is mounted for rotation around axis deviated with reference to vertical line so that part of it deviates downward in position of load and travels upward in position of unload. Thanks to it operating inlet passage directs flow of substance in the form of particles under action of gravitational force into measuring chamber in position of loading and forms gravitational lock of inlet which prevents flow of substance into measuring chamber in position of unloading. Outlet passage includes aid preventing flow of substance from measuring chamber in position of loading but allowing passage of flow of substance from measuring chamber in position of unloading and reservoir so connected to inlet passage that they rotate jointly when operate. In this case reservoir has some amount of substance which is located in inlet passage during rotation securing flow of substance into measuring chamber.
