SUBSTANCE: the aerator has a frame in the form of a polymeric perforated pipe with a duplex dispersive coating of fibrous material. The dispersive coating is made of fibrous material by pneumatic extrusion. The inner layer has a porosity of 250 to 500 μm, and the outer one - 20 to 100 μm. The quantity and the total area of holes of a conical shape with a deep counter-boring with respect to the frame total area is in relationship: where n-the quantity of holes; So- the total area of surface of the holes; Sk- the total area of the frame external surface. The frame is made with end-pieces with conjugated threads and locking members arranged on both sides.
