FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices for obtaining hydro-fuel emulsion and can be applied in power engineering, oil and gas production, metallurgy, chemical and automotive industry and other spheres, particularly in burning fuel oil in boilers of communal agencies, thermal power stations and plants, workshops of metallurgical plants. Device includes case with fuel supply and emulsion outlet pipes, with coaxial resonator. Ultrasonic emitter rod with sharp edge is positioned along axial line of resonator and connected to steam supply pipe. Device features a cup positioned coaxially inside the case. Side surface of the cup features multiple tangential nozzle orifices for cavitation. Annular membranes are mounted on internal surface of the cup and external surface of the resonator. Emitter takes form of De Laval nozzle and features control device for measurement of distance between steam supply nozzle and sharp edge of emitter.
EFFECT: reduced emission of fuel combustion products to atmosphere maintaining high power capacity of fuel.
