The members project forward from the blade edge and have parts contacting with the skin for contact with the skin just before the blade and essentially tangential to the blade edge. The members have a controlling effect influencing the movement of the block of blades on the skin in the direction perpendicular to the blade edges, the members function like skies or traveler sliding on the skin.
