METHOD OF PREPARATION OF INERT FILTER OF FILLING MIXTURES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mining; mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method is applicable at mining enterprises having concentrating mill and conducting mineral mining by mining system with filling of worked out spaces. Method includes thinning at concentrating mills of tailings containing cyanides in hydraulic cyclones and discharge of sands into accumulating vessel. Hydraulic cyclone overflow containing dispersed clay particles are removed. Supplied to accumulating vessel is water in amount to attain pH and cyanide concentration in pump corresponding to norms of maximum allowable concentration. Sands as ready inert filler for preparation of filling mixture are supplied after thinning of pulp from accumulating vessel ensuring content of dispersed clay particles in finished inert filler within 0.5- 1.0 %. EFFECT: higher quality of filling mixture due to attaining of concentration of harmful substances in filling mixture within norms of maximum allowable concentration with content of dispersed clay particles ensuring preset gradation factor and cement consumption for reaching the preset norms of strength of filling mass. 1 dwg
