FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to disposable syringes intended for use in needleless injector. Syringe has a tubular body with open at one end, a closed at other end; chamber for receiving a liquid in said tubular body; plunger introduced through said open end into said chamber; opening in closed end of tubular body for liquid discharge at when plunger is pushed towards opening; detachable conical tip at conical outlet end of piston for plugging said opening when plunger is pushed in said chamber during injection; and separator for separation of conical tip from shank of piston only during withdrawal of plunger after injection. Separator comprises conical outlet end of chamber located behind and connected with opening, and conical outlet end has same shape as conical outlet end of plunger, owing to which conical end of plunger can enter coupled with outlet end of chamber when pushing plunger towards opening; circular protrusion in said outlet end of cavity; longitudinally elongated slot in said conical tip of plunger due to which conical tip is able to compress upon colliding with annular protrusion; as well as annular groove under said protrusion in said conical end of said plunger. Said annular groove determines boundary of fragile region of conical end; due to which, when conical end of plunger is impressed into outlet end of chamber, and then discharged, conical tip of plunger is broken in said fragile region and conical tip of plunger remains in outlet end of chamber, completely plugging opening.

EFFECT: invention prevents reuse of syringe.
