FIELD: electric and hydraulic machining of parts. SUBSTANCE: technique specifically refers to cleaning of flexible laminated parts from technological deposits in alumina production, for instance, plates of Alpha-Laval company from alumosilicate and ferric deposits. According to technique laminated parts are placed one upon another in the form of packet into container, technological plate with profile congruent to profile of laminated parts to be cleaned is snugly put on top of packet and used as negative electrode. Container in dipped into working fluid and cleaning is conducted by action of high-voltage electric discharges in fluid with frequency 50 Hz and with simultaneous movement of positive electrode with reference to surface of parts. Plant for electric and hydraulic cleaning of flexible laminated parts has tank with working fluid, container for laying of laminated parts in the form of packet, positive electrode and negative electrode having shape of technological plate put on packet of machined parts connected to pulse current generator and contrivance fixing machined parts and technological plate in container. Invention provides for high degree of cleaning of parts without any residual deformation and burns on cleaned surface which increases efficiency and quality of cleaning and consequently productivity of process of cleaning.
