FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention provides plastic blend containing high-molecular substance and efficiently coloring amount of azo-pigment depicted by formula I: 
(I), wherein M denotes Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, or Mn, or mixture of at least two of these elements; R1 and R2 denote methyl; x = 0 or 1, y = 0 or 1, and sum x + y = 1 on condition that, when y = 1 and M is Ca, pigment I is present in the form of crystals and develops X-ray pattern with six discernible spectral lines corresponding to "o" distances 18.60, 5.21, 4.20, 4.01, 3.90, and 3.66 x 10-10 m provided that, when high-molecular substance is polyvinylchloride, y = 0.
