FIELD: control equipment used in textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has capacitance sensors connected to oscillation circuits of respective self-excited oscillators, which are connected with their outputs to mixer, whose output is connected to input of resonance amplifier switched to detector, and output of resonance amplifier is connected through low- frequency filter to dc amplifier. Output of dc amplifier is connected to input of counter trigger. Apparatus is used for detecting and passing of fabric seam through working devices on shearing, calender, measuring-and-discarding and other machines. Apparatus allows unshared zones of fabric to be detected and provides for automatic adjustment of fabric seam passage devices in case environment conditions and processing parameters of fabric have changed. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
