FIELD: mechanisms for transmitting rotation from one cavity to another through fluid-tight flexible envelope, possibly mechanisms used in power machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes housing with different-pressure cavities; driving and driven cranks mounted coaxially in housing; rocker arm mounted in bearing assemblies in inner openings of cranks; flexible fluid-tight envelope. The last is in the form of disc secured to rocker arm by means of two washers. Central fixed portion of flexible envelope is arranged in plane normal relative to axis of rocker arm. Said portion is inclined relative to axis of housing. Thrust bearing is mounted between end of outer race of bearing assemblies supporting one arm of rocker arm and one of said washers fit onto second stage of rocker arm and arranged in cavity with less pressure.
