FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine is designed for use as engine, pump or compressor with mechanisms converting reciprocating motion of piston into rotation of shaft and vice versa. Machine contains housing in which crank is mounted on bearings, rocker with inclined bracket, and flexible sealing envelope which divides housing space into larger and smaller pressure spaces. Rocker with inclined bracket is placed in larger pressure space, and crank is placed in smaller pressure space. Machine is furnished is furnished also with inertia forces damper mechanically coupled with inclined bracket. With shaft rotating, axis of bracket describes conical surface with apex in point of intersection of axes of crank and rocker.
