FIELD: engineering life support of buildings. SUBSTANCE: the system has multipurpose solenoid-operated valves installed in the pipe-lines, moisture-sensitive transducers placed in the areas of pipe-line laying in the zone of the room floor, and a control apparatus connected to the transducers and valves for realization of the function of opening or closing of the flow area of the mentioned valves depending on the indications of the transducers. The control apparatus has a power section control unit, whose output is connected to the first input of the feeding unit of the solenoid-operated valves, whose output is connected to the coils of the solenoid-operated valves, and its second input - to the power source, transducer state determining unit, whose output is connected to the power section control unit and the generator unit, transducer serviceability determining unit, whose output is connected to the generator unit, the series-connected moisture- sensitive transducers are connected to the transducer state and transducer serviceability determining units. EFFECT: reduced damage inflicted to the room in case of a water breakthrough, and reduced expenditures connected with repair. 8 dwg
