FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting raw material to grinding, thermal treatment and defatting, with mentioned processes being performed simultaneously in centrifugal field. Raw material is ground while passing through openings formed in two concentrically arranged surfaces on rotor; simultaneously exposing raw material to open steam treatment, with open steam being supplied in the direction of flow of ground material and in the countercurrent direction. Method may be used for production of feed fat and feed flour from livestock and poultry slaughter wastes. EFFECT: increased efficiency by performing processes in single apparatus, reduced losses and provision for producing high-quality feed flour safe as for sanitary state thereof. 2 dwg
