FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed passenger car has welded body formed by carrying underframe including center sill 5 and two bolsters 6, each equipped with footstep bearing on axis and two undergrame side bearers. Carrying underframe is provided with end beams 7 at end faces connected with center sill by strikers of automatic coupler. Center sill is a two-side forked variable-section part made in middle between bolsters from one I-beam coupled with two channels projecting beyond bolsters and rigidly coupled with center sill. Channels are closed on end face beams of underframe cantilever parts. Underframe is furnished with channels at sides on which underframe transverse set beams rest, these beams being rigidly coupled with variable-section center sill.
