FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: gondola wagon of aluminium alloys include wagon body (1), carriage underframe (8), running gear (2), braking and automatic coupling equipment. Side, front and rear walls of wagon are made of hollow extruded aluminium alloy panels. Carriage underframe consists of two longitudinal beams, two headstocks, two outriggers, two body bolster beams, interim cross-beams and it is supplied with knees. Underframe elements are made of aluminium alloys and tied by welding and with high-tensile bolts. Outriggers are attached to body bolster beams by welding and with high-tensile bolts via fittings. Above centre plate arrangement unit is located between two vertical channels of body bolster beam, it is secured, it is attached to channels by bolts and it is made as monolithic punching of box-like cross-section with inner ribs, bottom plate and orifice for pivot. Above centre plate is located under channels and above centre plate arrangement unit.
EFFECT: decrease of wagon weight, increase of cargo capacity and improvement of aerodynamic performance.
