FIELD: mechanical engineering; centrifugal compressor machines. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal supercharger impeller includes open diffuser and lateral accumulating chamber, cover disk and radial blades of one radius. Impeller has axial inlet, at blade outlet angle of 30 deg., relative width at outlet of 0.055 to 0.65, specific inlet diameter over blade tips of 0.5, angle of inclination of cover disk of 6 to 8 deg. at number of blades ranging from 10 to 12. Inter-blade passages of impeller have minimum diffusivity due to maximum permissible width of these passage at impeller inlet due to the fact that blade inlet angle is equal to 45 deg.
