FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in hot water supply and heating systems. Invention includes enclosure with branch pipes for inlet/outlet of heat exchange media where bundle of profiled tubes is positioned with the aid of supporting partitions. At least part of tubes has exterior surface with ribs made trapezoidal in longitudinal section and arranged along helical line and has interior surface with recesses formed under ribs which are located along length of tube with spacing amounting to 7.0-12.0 height of rib and have height equal to 0.04-0.08 outer diameter of tube. Ribs at least over part of length of tube have form of trapezium in its longitudinal section with equality of values of projections of its sides on greater base of trapezium. Ribs at least over part of length of tube have form of scalene trapezium, height of one side exceeds height of another side by not more than 0.02 outer diameter of tube and recesses are formed by sections of its interior surface outlined in longitudinal section of tube by preferably equal radii amounting to 0.0094- 0.0156 outer diameter of tube and having curvature centers on both sides of interior surface of tube. EFFECT: expanded application field of heat exchange apparatuses, their high operational reliability, long service life and operational efficiency, reduced hydraulic pressure and intensified heat exchange. 4 cl, 2 dwg
