FIELD: water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with side surface over at least part of its perimeter; upper end of housing is closed with cover and bottom adjoins its lower end; said bottom narrows towards plug fitted in its lower portion. Connected to housing on opposite sides are working agent inlet branch pipe and cleaned working agent outlet branch pipe which are connected with supply and discharge pipe lines communicated with cavity of housing; outlet branch pipe is provided with blank made in form of baffle plate and slots in its side surface. Inner diameters of said branch pipes exceed respective inner diameters of supply and discharge pipe lines by 1.2-2.2 times; baffle plate is located at distance from generatrix of side surface of housing intersecting longitudinal axis of inlet branch pipe equal to 0.25-0.5 of inner diameter of housing.
